Medicare Annual Enrollment Period October 15 to December 7
We are once again in the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period that occurs between October 15th and December 7th. This is the time of year when Medicare beneficiaries are able to compare and choose their Medicare insurance coverage for the coming year.

If you have a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plan, be sure to check your Annual Notice of Change Letter from your insurance plan that will describe any plan changes that will take place for 2024. You should have received this letter in early October.
Even if your plan hasn’t changed, there could be another plan that works better for you. The process:
Look for your “Annual Notice of Change” letter from your insurance carrier the first week of October. Review changes in your medication tier level, co-pays, deductibles and extra value being added for the coming year.
If you are satisfied with your plan and want to keep it for 2024, you need to do nothing. It will renew automatically.
